Hello. I am Carie Muhlenkamp, the face behind the Boards. I started Little Bit Snackuterie almost four years ago and we are thriving! I was looking for a creative outlet and have always loved charcuterie (who doesn't, right?) I saw a space for charcuterie with a twist; a collision of charcuterie and all your favorite snacks. A Board "experience" that offers something for everyone. And well, here we are. Our customizable Boards, Boxes, Cups and Bars take traditional charcuterie and add in lots of other goodies; dips, sweets, fruits, veggies, nuts and jams to name a few.
